withdrawal way the best or options
 

please help me one things what really stops me from started is withdraw questions. I have several bank accounts in US / HK / RU everywhere is DEBIT CARDS
but I still do not understand how can I use it well. If I have bought some accounts from stealls what the safiest way to withdraw from there money ?
*is send all several ebay to their PP and than to one PP account (that one is not connected to some ebay or etc . )
or
Each pp should have his own account ( if like that so how can I have 25 different names on 25 accounts?)
or I can use that same name to open the accounts and just numbers should be different?
maybe somebody read before some helpfully threads please link to here

Each paypal should have its own bank account.
Sending payments from several accounts to one single account will get them all linked and limited fast.
The bank accounts are opened on your real name. The name of the bank account holder is not revealed to paypal. You just need to make sure the bank has no issue with deposits being made from mismatching names.
There is plenty of info on all this and you can do the research yourself - use the searchbox.

Ignore all recommendations about proxies and VPNs from above, they are all overused and abused. Find a good source of IPs that is not well known and don't share it here.
