What the best way to every time have new IP
 

I heard have some options to get every time fresh IP on computer.
Some thing what needs to use router with Sim card or something like that.
So when you use it every time automatically gives you new IP address.
Please send me advice what is that and how to use it at well.
And what is that ( I mean correct name that I can search the threads for that)

Since you asked for the "best", my recommendation is a mobile hotspot or phone tethering.

or dedicated VPS/VPN if you want to live an easier life ;)

You only need 1 sim, go with At&t ot verizon.
You have to keep a log of your Ip addresses so you don't log into different accounts with the same address. Check IP burger before you log into your ebay account. Search the forums for the sample spread sheet.
Every time you shut off & turn your hot spot back on it will generate a new ip address.

i know i am a n00b on here these forums, but i will just give you my two cents: VPN is pointless when it comes to stealth operations. why? well, when the moderators enable me to post threads, i will elaborate.

need a new IP address? turn on airplane mode on your phone, wait 10 seconds, turn airplane mode off, and there you go, new IP. you would do well to also have a firewall installed on your phone, which blocks all traffic except tethered data. (the reason behind this, i don't care to get into).

i even wrote an android app to allow one to do this seamlessly. i call it "IP grifter" but i mostly keep it for myself. in my automated testing of this over several thousand iterations, i found that even when in a fixed location, the re-occurrence of the same IP address occurred at a frequency of ~2%.
