How many ebay seller accounts to have on one IP/one paypal/same products?

How many ebay seller accounts do you think you could have with one IP/one bank account/one person/one address/one paypal account/same products without triggering 'alarm bells'? eBay explicitly allows multiple accounts, but it says it's against ebay's rules if done to circumvent selling limits, so I would think two would be fine... but how about 5? 10? What's an advisable upper limit? I'd imagine hundreds would instantly trip the alarm-wire but I don't really know how many is possible.

Haven't tried it neither do I recommend registering 5 or 10 accounts on the same info.

It does not make sense to add the second account. Your selling limits will not increase and if one account goes down, so will the other. eBay allows this so that people can sell in different categories under different user id's. For example, lets say you sold DVD's. You might not want your customers to know that you sell adult titles too - so you sell them under a separate user-id.

my understanding is that PayPal allows up to a maximum of 8 eBay accounts to 1 PayPal account. as i am doing nothing wrong and have zero to hide (as of present), i am currently up to 5 accounts.
