VPN in mac os X

Hello everyone,

Could a VPN run only for one specific account, the stealth account in a mac os x computer?

I would like to know if there is a way to run a VPN only for a stealth account in a mac and then connect without VPN to the standard account in an iMac.

How does a VPN work? Do I click on a button and VPN becomes active or do I have to change something on the settings?
