Hm, so what do I have to consider to avoid similar ranges?
So say I use a ATT hotspot,
in Account 1 I use: 107.72.97.55
In account 2: 107.72.97.16

Is this considered same IP range? Not recommended

What if more digits are different, like:
172.58.17.196
172.56.17.180

How different should the IP address look? Any advice?

Quick question on this...

If I am located abroad, but I have US passport and can open multiple bank accounts, I want the money I earn in PP from eBay to be withdrawable and useable abroad.

What would you recommend?

I won't be able to go to the banks physically to withdraw money. The best I can think of is withdrawing from PP to Bank account, and then having CC that are with no foreign transaction fee, and linking those CC's to the bank accounts where the money is sitting in the bank acount.

What do you think?

Guys there is bunch of solutions starting from famous multilogin which is not cheap and couple other software systems that generate kinda portable folder with unique fingerprint and everrything, but for occasional selling, I think it's more than enough to separate ebay/paypal accs to multiple users and of course different ip's, phones and so forth.
