VirtualBox Or Create Multiple New User Accounts On Windows -

I will be creating some Ebay/Stealth Accounts over the next few weeks, I had my account almost burned but managed to get it back with a few sweet talks. But to not risk the chance of round 2 I want additional account.

Anyways, Should I use VirtualBox Or Make New Windows Accounts,

The Questions are

1. In FireFox Should I Put a New IP Address In Each Browser

2. Whats a Good way to Make sure my Cookies, Flash, Etc is cleaned on each account

3. I use my laptop at work 60% of the time with my Iphones Hot spot is that a issue since they blocked the account once and reinstated it. Can I still use this connection with the stealth accounts?

Any and All tips Highly Appreciated, Im all ears with my Pen & Pad to take notes

Depends on which site you'll be selling on, for eBay different users is all you need for Amazon most people go virtual.

Yeah so you don't need to clear cookies just login to new user and change ip.

And one ip is needed for all accounts? Also about my iPhone is my hot spot would that be a problem

Right 1 new ip for each account, you can keep a logbook and yes iPhone personal hotspot works great just make sure and check the ip in your browser

No, one IP per one account.

But be careful of having multiple accounts within a similar range of IPs.

Yea I only plan on using my laptop for business and work. Hopefully the separate ip don't interconnect. Any advice on a good bank to use on PayPal?

Great, so am I able to use the identity of the stealth account for the bank accounts ? Also can I withdraw and use the accounts for purchases ??

No, you use your real ID for the banks and yes you can withdraw and spend the money once it's in the bank

So 1 pp/eBay = 1ip+new bank & user account ID. I'm confused how many bank accounts can you use and add them to PayPal. If 1bank. = 1paypal wouldn't the systems link if example: Name: Jon doe (bank) PayPal (name ??) Please let me know if it's explained properly.

PayPal can't see the name on your bank all they see is the numbers as long as all you do is withdraw the money and nothing else and yes you need a separate bank for each PayPal, separate everything for each eBay/PayPal setup

Can't seem to find 30 banks to operate accounts lol hypotheticaly, so I can receive from buyers and withdraw just don't purchase items?

You can purchase with the money in your PayPal or withdraw and get cash and you could easily have 3 accounts at 10 different banks for a total of 30

Is there any other banks Recommended Besides Chase, Boa, Wells Fargo ?? I know for a Fact I hit a road block with Chase for other Reasons in the past.

Yea there's plenty more, those were just 3 examples, you can search the forums for many more, some threads have list's of them

He was supposed to be using his iPhone hotspot maybe he doesn't know that the ip changes on that yet?

I'm aware it changes but the problem is when I'm home on my network or at my office networks. The iPhone is the biggest link when I'm out doors when I'm home it's my home network.
