Using same Phone camera for all accounts
 

I use my Samsung Galaxy S5 to take pictures of for my listings. It takes the best, quality pictures. I know not to use the same pic for listings on multiple accounts, but is it safe to use the same Phone Camera to post pics to my listings for all of my stealth accounts?

That is fine just use a EXIF data stripper to remove the EXIF data

Then rename the files and upload

Batch purifier lite will work a treat!

Ohh ty for this post. I have the same phone, and love the pics it takes. They seem so much better then my really expensive cannon I had to have, lol! Also easy to maneuver. I can do shots better from above..

Anyway, how do you get them to your pc? I have drop box, I'm assuming if I downloaded them from Dropbox, then strip them I'd be fine?? I guess I can also plug my phone to the pc via USB.. Lol, I've never even done that before!

Easyest way would be to connect your phone to your PC via the USB cable.

You can also use the internet in many ways. Google drive or could send an email, with attached photos, from your phone to your address and get them from the PC.

Yes Shelly Girl, I agree that the easiest way to upload your pics to your pc is to either use your usb cable (once plugged in, you can goto your file explorer and see your connected device), or sending them to your own email address with the pics attached.

I use the email way because its much more convenient, especially if I'm on the go, or not plan on being next to my pc, I can send the pics right away. then, when I goto my email on my pc, there they are.

Also for sharing files, in this case photos you can use Drop box App on your smartphone and just have it set to automatic backup of your photos, and every time you take a photo and it will upload to drop box, and on your PC have dropbox on your desk top and the photos will be right there and you wont need to connect anything.

Is it problematic to use photos that were received as attachments to a gmail account that is connected to a banned address? I don't know if metadata is added to say that the pic went through an email account.

Clean the metadata from the photo after you download the photo from gmail and after than upload to eBay

I agree with Dmshark. As long as you scrub the image's metadata, there's no possible way for eBay to know where it came from.

Another way is to use a simple program like paint / photoshop (whatever editing program you desire) add a dot somewhere and save it. All info will be gone. I usually crop or wok on photos anyway so adding a single black/white dot somewhere is not a big deal and wont require me to use an additional program.
