Virus & Spyware scanning with multiple windows XP user accounts?

I run multiple windows xp user accounts and wondered if i need to scan my spybot search & destroy and my anti virus on each xp user account separately or on just one of them?

Also do i need to use disk clean up & disk defrag on only one xp user account or all individually?

Just one account will do.

It's not like you have a new computer with each user account, it's just different folders for users which help us.
