My ISP assigns the IP address so can I. .
 

I have tried every which way I can think of to change my IP address and keep hitting a dead end. I need a Stealth account, not so much for ebay suspension purposes, but for family issues. Can I do this - I have an old computer that is completely clean. If I use this computer exclusively for my stealth account, turn the wifi off on it and hook up my cell phone (also with wifi turned off) with a usb cable and use my data plan (which gives me a completely separate ip address) for internet usage, will this work with the Stealth Accounts that I purchased (have not used them yet)?? :comp5:

It can be used as described by you. Be sure to keep track of your IP addresses. I dont fully understand what you mean by family issues, but tracking your own IP is one of keys to stealth of any form. You could also look into using mifi or VPN to change your IP.:pop2:

Thanks - family issues are that I am selling a number one-of-a kind handmade items that my family trolls for, and then get mad at me because I did not give them to them for free! I tried just setting up another ebay account, and used my own information to set it up and they requested contact information and found out again. This is way less hassle.
