Using IP Over Again After Time, Different Acc
 

I tether from iPhone for ip change to create/manage beginning accounts.

The city and cellular provider IP pool is relatively small. I have recorded 200-300 ip's over the past 2 years. Now I am no longer able to get a new un-used ip address.

After a certain time length can I re-use these ip's? Assuming others must be also using these pools, they must have repeat usage for eBay.

Am I able to use repeat ip's to set up accounts?

Its always best to avoid re-using the same IP even if time has passed. You can easily get another ISP provider.

But if you must, the longer the wait the less riskier I suppose :)

new provider or use a mifi its only 5 bucks a month and works really well if you have a cell signal .. look on eb for flashed verizon mifi

Forgot to mention I am also located in Canada.

Basically I need any sort of method for creating and setting up new accounts without purchasing a vpn in which I have to wait a long time to initiate selling.

Start account, list an item, speak with eBay for first listing, make 10 sales and let it incubate. Without $15/month vpn for an account that makes nothing and can't use listing software.

Is there a way around the 90 day / 10 sales blocking Auctiva from new users? Serious pain. 90 days is a joke.

Chances are that your IP pool has been used by tonnes of Ebayers anyway.

I wouldn't reuse IP on the basis that ebay and paypal hold onto that information forever. Its just tarnishing all the effort you made in the last 2 years.

Consider VPN and other solutions. In the UK, something like 24vc costs 40 pence a day, and in the US its cheaper, so I don't see it hindering your profits much, especially during the incubation stages.

I can't remember the last time I used Auctiva, but if Im correct its pretty similar to Inkfrog, so maybe give that a try?

Sounds like the Op is making many accounts, no need to use VPN at all in your own country.

If you are concerned about recylcling then I'm sure another mobile provider will give him another pool of IPs
