Whats the best way to make new stealth accounts and let them age? I don't want to buy a $20 fresh ip for each new account if they're going to sit for 3 months.

You don't to buy fresh IP if you are based in the USA - so many cheap options exist...dongle, dynamic IP provider, cell phone tethering...

You also don't want to just let your accounts sit, as that does nothing to age them. You need to slowly start selling to properly age an account.

VPN's are the easiest route but there definitely are cheaper options. BTW, 24vc IP's aren't $20 if you do the annual subscription. It's worth the commitment, I promise you.
