how to send manual invoice with authorize.net?

What companies do you guys use to link up with authorize.net to send custom invoices/via email to customers?

I get that you can use authorize with ebay and ebay sends the invoice. But sometimes I have private sales that I need to email invoice the customer for. I used to be able to do this with Paypal but Paypal got limited.

Log into the Merchant Interface (https://account.authorize.net).
Click Tools from the main toolbar.
Click on Invoicing on the bottom of the menu on the left-hand side.
Click on the + Create Invoice link on the right-hand side of the main Invoicing page and enter the following information:
Bill to Name
Customers email address
Invoice Number
Due Date
Item ID
Item Name
Quantity
Price of item
Optional
Discount rate
Shipping Amount
Tax Amount
