Merchant Account Verification by Ebay

Good Day, i just opened an ebay account, trying to be stealth, added a merchant account that its under my company name and it has been linked before, now ebay its asking to fax the documents regarding to the merchant, and i think if i fax them the documents they will link my company name to the ebay account and suspended, what do you do in this cases?

You have used the merchant account on an old eb account already? That's not good stealth - easy to link the accounts by ebay...
