Refunding payment on CCNow?

Is there is a way we can refund a buyer on ccnow- he paid twice so just wanted to see if I can just refund him straight from there. Don't know why someone would pay twice (and each payment was made 2 hours apart) but as long as they paid once, I'm happy

Issue got resolved- I called ccnow and got it done- apparently you can just go under the order number and refund. So simple yet I guess I couldn't find it so early in the morning

Are ccnow fees use for every transaction like Paypal or will there be monthly fees? Can you use ccnow with ebay?

Yes, like PayPal and have the monthly fees if you selling over $100 in month.

Can you use ccnow with ebay?
You can use but ebay not accept CCNow so do not give they know you are using CCNow for receive payment.

I'm running 2 ccnow accts right now and the sleeper account has no activity through it and is still charged the $10/month regardless of inactivity. I don't know if the rules are different in Canada, but thats how its in here

One's a backup in case the first one goes down. In your case, it may have been good to keep a backup so you don't have the 45 day wait to open another one.
