Just happened to see this. I had exactly the same experience back to 2015, I reported them to BBB. After 3 month I got my money back. Funny thing is, they sent me an email asked me to delete my complains on BBB and ask me to confirm if I have received my money back.
I was so pissed at that time so I replied no I never received the payment. After one week, they wired it again.
After that I terminated my account with them.
But, I can say they are really tricky. Once I called their customer service phone, they picked it up then hang it.
