2checkout with no website

I never use ebay to sell my items, only FB markeplace.

Does 2checkout accept applications from sellers with no website?
Basically I want to use it like CCnow was, create and send invoices to customers email address and accept payments via credit card, debit card or paypal. But I dont want my own paypal account

Better to get on their website and ask them directly. At least you'd get an answer that is up to date.
