You can't withdraw your money at the moment bro, we're done XD all you have to do is wait and pray they won't close the business and steal our money

I just get paid now from someone and the money is just gone from my account with no any notice and the money not have return to the sender.

Something bad happens in payoneer this days.

All money in payoneer is ring fenced by Barclays as far as I’m aware so it’s perfectly safe. The cards and transfers just aren’t working while Wirecard is under investigation

All cards are issued by Wirecard Solutions LTD. You may see the card issuer name at the back side of your master card.

And folks,

Payoneer is very easy tool but do you have any alternate one which also provides virtual bank account and debit card solution? Especially for UK and Germany.

Could you please explain a little? Could you use your mater card for withdrawing? if yes when?

Because I just saw short update text:

"Progress is being made to lift the freeze soon, which will allow you to access the funds on your Payoneer card."

And your balance was higher than card limit, $10K ?

Same with Uaccount who also use Wirecard services.
As soon as funds are available everybody will be rushing too withdraw everything they can asap or moving it too somewhere secure so could be questionable if they will even continue, people wont trust them even if they get a new banking partner.

I will keep and trust Payoneer.
Good company and they will not closed. the issue is with the credit card issuer and not Payoneer.

I am working with Payoneer a years and i can tell you Payoneer is secured and better then PayPal, Stripe Amazon etc etc.

Payoneer have an option to get payments and funds will be outside the card (you can run for example Payoneer account with no to have a prepaid cards)
For now, if your Payoneer account is Intended for this, any funds you will get will go to this balance and you will be able to use it, there is no limit.

No all Payoneer account can get paid with no cards, if yours is running only with cards you will need to get a new Payoneer account to get this option, you may also contact Payoneer and move your old account to the new one (If you wish the account will be at same name)**

Same with Pockit who use wirecard but everything is up and running again
