Closure of Your Stripe Account and 5 days to switch your business over to a new one

Hi,
Closure of Your Stripe Account - We are able to provide you 5 days (beginning today) to switch your business over to a new provider. During this 5 day period, you can continue to process charges normally.

Anyone know if this includes the last day? For ex i received this email on 21.07.2020 , 5 days is till today 26.7.2020, I just not sure if this includes the last day or not.

Anyone who knows can tell me please?
