Help with stripe

hello guys

so i made a new account with stripe stripe usa with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ detail and process payment for my client though it after 3 days account got close and now refund is pending and it stuck because of 8$ stripe fee i try to pay but it only deduct from USA bank but i dont have i try to email them but no reply from stripe so if any one can help me out
