stripe help my money stuck

my money stuck with stripe i made ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stripe USA account with my payonner detail in bank, all is going good i take my frist payment from my client and after 2 days of payment charge my account got block

stripe say they will refund but it stuck as 8$ stripe fee is pending but it can only pay with usa bank which accept auto ach debit checking account which payoneer not support so please help me out guys
