Hi Guys,

I finally had it with paypal, enough is enough, 2 of accounts went down and i was hit with a 180 day limitation.. i finallly realize paypal will always lead to a dead end or an heart attack... i want to set up a CCNOW as soon as possible, i did a lot of research about CCNOW but i still couldnt find the answer to my questions...hope someone can help me out please and guide me through this. here is my situation, i dont have a business id, llc, tax id e.t.c i havent made the move to legalize my business because of the items im selling...i was wondering do i have to have LLC/tax id in order to use CCNOW? how does the tax work? do they report you to the IRS? can i just set one up with **** info? just like on paypal? i trying to open one as soon as possible so i can have it sit for the 45 days wait...

It's best you use REAL information when applying for a CCNow account. They're not connected to eBay and will not share you information.

You can use it with multiple eBay accounts, it's a pretty easy service to work with.

how about taxes, do they report your earnings to the irs? since i will be using my real info do i have to submit my SSN?. Thanks

I was just looking at ccnow and now digitalriver owns them now. Digital river owns sooo many companies.

kilode123, you don't have to submit your SSN and they do NOT report to the IRS although you can if you would like to. But they WILL NOT unless you specifically tell them to do so. I've been using ccnow for a few months and its absolutely a great addition to my payment methods and works great- highly recommended but it will definitely take some time to set it up (ie the initial 45 day hold)

yean, not need submit your SSN to CCNow but new account will be wait 45 days for 1st withdraw money. After that you can receive money in 15th and 1st every month :D

If you have haven't had a stealth account yet its best to try one when you get the chance. Be sure to read the Stealth guide like 3 -5 times and read up and down this forum. With CCNow they have a 45 day wait after your first Payment, so you will need to make a sale ASAP. Just invoice a friend for $10 and let them pay and your good for now. I recently open my CCNow account and I havent made any sale through it yet but, I will starting Monday. Be sure to always add a tracking number after each order so you can be on CCNow good side. (A friend told me that)

i know how to create stealth...i know the procedure. whats next after making a ebay/verified paypal account? i searched the forum but couldnt find answers to my questions. i read you have to get approved for another merchant and fax the info over to ebay, can someone recommend a merchant account for this? and when i sign up for the merchant account do i have to with stealth info matching my new ebay since the info will be faxed to ebay? Thanks

It is not recommended to make a Merchant account with false info. I dont know how some people add merchant accounts to stealth account but I'm pretty sure they edit the original statement to match the stealth account.

CCNOW seems ilike a good idea, however that .50 plus 5% fee per transaction kind of hurts.

paypal works fine for me, just play by the rules and keep your account clean, you should be fine. Paypal is easier to me plus buyers are "brainwashed" by paypal anyway. I usually keep them around for 6-9 months average. I always have the next account ready just in case.

if you use a pre 11/07 ebay accts then you dont have to fax docs to ebay to use ccnow.
