IPTV payment gateway

what is the best possible way for payment gateway for iptv?
dummy site will not work with paypal
paypal stealth account not works
and bc is to difficult for customers.

The sale of IPTV is illegal in the UK, I presume. You'd struggle to get a payment processor.
If you do find a shady one, it won't last long and be prepared to fork out a lot of your profit.
The alternative is bitcoin with a good tutorial on your website explaining how to easily purchase bitcoin.
There applications on google play that allows you to purchase bitcoin without KYC, perhaps you could let your customers know.
