Getting blocked everywhere processing payments
 

Hi,

I have so far been blocked by stripe, square and recently paypal for "processing too many gift cards". I was trying to cash out VISA gift cards through their payment processing. Nothing major - about $1000 / day for about 2 weeks.

Maybe this used to work and no longer works?

Is there a better way to cash out VISA gift cards in 2021?

I know your business model may be legitimate, but your pattern screams "Risk! Risk! Risk..."

There are apps and websites that may be happy to exchange these for credit or cash. Search on google.

Thanks for your input. Square did say something about their payment system not being set up for "such level of risk". I've never had a chargeback and I have the receipt for all the gift cards.

All major platforms know about gift card abusers, they have measures in place to combat such behaviour.

Yeah that screams RED flag, there are plenty of other options out there for you to cash out.

Please indulge my ignorance for a second. "RED flag" as in what? Gift cards don't get charged back, do they?

Is anyone familiar with authorize.net? Will they also flag your account for processing too many gift cards or are they different in the way the operate since the deal with higher risk transactions?

Simply a red flag, not much to do about it considering PP is always a pain in the ass with this kinda stuff, can either use aged Stealths and circulate through the accounts so it's in a less time span you are making withdrawals. I think for authorize.net it might depend on the business you're trying to use it to cash out for, they might have different standards/"risk levels" for each business they are providing their service to.

Red flags for sure.

Be careful not to end up on a MATCH list; payment processors are extremely sensitive these days.

I myself was thrown to a MATCH list over 1 test transaction that I made with my own real credit card. It was a nightmare to get off of it.
