Is this a legitimate company ?

No I think it's a scam.

How do you know they are scam ? :confused:

Because I went into the site and signed up using stealth. Good thing but then when I went to sign up for the card it says that it accepts photos of your DL or id. I thought that was weird but then it collects all of your data name ssn dl number date of birth to get this card but when you hit submit it redirects you to some 404 not authorise page.
