Need merchant account for Authorize.net?
Looking to integrate different payment processors on my website. I want to use Authorize.net. to accept credit cards.
However, anyone know if you are required to have a "merchant account" at a bank, before having an Authorize.net account?
If so, I've read that look at your credit for merchant accounts. Is that true, because my credit is bad.
Basically a merchant account is an account that you have at a bank in which credit card payments can be deposited into.
Authorize.net would be the credit card processor and depositor. Just wondering if they can deposit into a regular personal checking account? |
