can i use my merchent account with new ebay account ?

if it was created after 11/07 then you have to send in a statement which is virtually impossible unless you have used the merchant account to process non-ebay transactions. You can buy an account from kevinxu though for just $150 and then you can use a merchant account without having to fax in a statement.
