I just got a CC account-how do I get my paypal dough there?

I may have messed up :( I just got some money in a stealth pp account- I want to get it sent to my new cc now account- I set up a $50 item w/free shipping option. Then I ordered it and payed with my stealth pp. Order was processed then refunded.
Then I got message that said
"This order does not appear to meet CCNow's order requirements. CCNow orders must be placed directly by customers at their own Internet locations. CCNow does not support in-person sales, or sales to personal acquaintances of the seller. For information on these order requirements, please view the page location

I used a wireless connection on campus. I was going to call them and say I thought I was "testing" or something- What did I do and how do I fix it??? Please help..

You just answered your own question:

CCNow orders must be placed directly by customers at their own Internet locations.

However, why can't you do a bank withdrawal? K.I.S.S.
