I entered a chat on Ebay customer support . I asked them what document they will need to aprove a merchant account. The guy really had no clue. Then he said go to this link ( trust and saftey team ) and ask them your question they will be able to tell you what documents.
So then the links said BLOCKED INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS. sO i THOUGHT THAT WAS WIERD. I went ahead and asked my question....blah ...blah..and sent it
Same Day I sent The documents to ebay for a merchant account.
Then I get an Email RE: BLOCKED INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS

2. The email address and User ID of the account you're appealing.
3. A copy of the front and back of your driver's license or other
government-issued identification.
4. A recent credit card statement or utility bill that shows your
billing address. (You can black out your account numbers.)
5. Copies of manufacturer invoices or any other documentation showing
your purchase or ownership of items listed for sale. This includes any
related documentation from suppliers.

Please make sure that all copies are clearly legible and include your
User ID and email address.
What's the next step after you fax the letter of appeal?
Once you've submitted your appeal, reply to this email with a brief
message notifying us of your appeal. As soon as we've reviewed your
material, we'll contact you by email regarding the status of your
appeal.

For your security, all of the documents you submit will be destroyed
after your appeal has been reviewed.

Message: Hello I was Directed to you through ebay help chat. I would
like to submit documents to ebay fo my merchant account. I contacted my
merchant and they said they don't know what ebay needs. Only Ebay knows
what they need. Its a new merchant account and there is no statement
because I haven't sold anything yet. And I can sell till I sell on ebay?

Ok So I go onto my Ebay and logged in and no suspended sighn and It let me sell something. So I dont think Im suspended
I think the stupid Ebay chat guy gave me the wrong link???
And then another guy sends me an email telling me what BLOCKED email address means. The email was just a RE: What you guys think?
