Can you ADD CCNOW as Merch while PP Limited?
 

Right now, as of like 5 days ago my PP account of 3+ yaers became limited. I had a transfer, chaout prob. using direct deposit information as checking from a green dot card. The transfer got refused and reversed twice.

I opened a personal PP acct. and sent my personal acct. $650

The next day both accts were limited asking for all kinds of things including supplier invoices. etc.


Here is the question: I have an origional pre 11/07 ebbay acct., is it ok to add a CCNOW merch acct. or anyother while being limited on PP. My ebbay acct is still fine. Cause i did'nt break n e policys.

Since ebbay know my PP acct is limited will it throw up red flags? Or can I start accepting another apyment source and get back to business while i'm waiting for PP to do something? so far I have uploaded everything but invoices and package tracking.

What do you think?

I think everyone needs to break the habit of being addicted to paypal.

The point in a pre 11.07 account is that you can use any merchant account you like with it. However, as far as your question.... Green dot cards are not a good idea for accepting deposits, your ebay account may become limited, but I don't think it will.

Try it out and let us know how it goes. (FYI ccnow is really expensive)

Plus your greendot card the name has to match on paypal as well as the greendot card or greendot could lock your account cause missmatching names.

Update, My ebay acct is not limited due to oytstanding PP restriction that needs to be resolved. Thats bull****! just because they are trying to screw my PP acct. , if I ahve broken any ebay rules in the limitation why does my Ebay acct get restricted until I resolve PP??

I sent myself funds from a premier to a new personal acct. Thats why My PP got limited not anything that happend on ebay.

Th eamil says I cannot list of sale anything until PP acct limitation is resolved. But I still continued to sell on a listings there were up.

I thought people had lots of these and are using them to withdraw out of paypal without a problem? Did things change now..? :faint:

Im not sure i dont use greendot for paypal but i know greendot is very strict i dont think u can have to many greendot cards under the same name. I had greendot call me in the past cause i used it on googlecheckout and they told me i could'nt use it for that and if it happen again they would close my account. But that was before they got in bed with paypal but im pretty sure they will hassel u with missmatching names such as other banks do. I think u would be alright with a few greendot cards i just wouldnt go over board and have to many under the same name and ssn. I had 13 metabanks under my real info in the past and these guys called me up one day and said i could only have 1 card in my name and they had to close rest of them out but it dose say anywhere in the policy that your limted to one card.
