45 day questions CCNOW

I have a question i set up a ccnow account in january I never ran a transaction through it. Do i still have to wait the 45 days to wait for my 1st and 16th payout?

I called CCNOW and they told me it doesn't matter if you run a transaction through their systems or not. If you sign up and wait the 45 days your are fine.
