How long for funds to bank account?

How long does it take for google checkout to transfer funds to bank account for example if today is monday and a buyer pays me 1000 when can I have that into my checking account?

I usually have funds in my bank account in 2-3 days after I receive a payment. Just the usual standard time.

So as soon as you hit the "Charge" button and you get the message "The buyers credit card has successfully be charged for $xxx.xx amount" it goes directly to your bank, or do you have to wait for the payout first?

I also need to remove this $500/month payout limit. Can you do this with say a Vanilla Visa Gift Card? I'm going to get one and try it tonight.
