But I do not want to refund him money?
I want to know what would happen I got a Tracking number will that make it where i win?
What happen if he files a Dispute with his card company I`m not sure if he paid with paypal or Credited card on CCNOW

A tracking number will mean little for a dispute that claims the item is foo-foo. Customer HAS THE NAFFIN ITEM already. What use is a tracking number :rolleyes:
Sky, I've no problems with your wish to make money. Good for you. But to make money you need to start to learn how to do it. Fine have a little dummy spit here. Start to realize really soon there are ways to make money and ways to lose money.

CCNow could look at the claim, not be so interested in your defense and close the account. That means they might also hold whatever funds in that CCNow account for quite sometime.:pout: |

Wild guess from your post... Is this a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Rolex? I have seen the real ones and the ⊗⊗⊗⊗, the real Rolex is a HEAVY watch. The ⊗⊗⊗⊗ are usually not so heavy which is a dead giveaway. |
Real or bogus, a customer wants to return an item so let him. Why risk neg feedback or losing accounts that bring in money just to tell one guy to beat it? Its not worth it at all. And with all due respect, dumb.
And a restocking fee? Are you serious? He thinks its ⊗⊗⊗⊗. And probably is. And you want to charge a restocking fee??? That will piss him off you can count on that.
And it doesn't matter what you want to do anyway... If someone wants a refund they get one. Period. One call to credit card company and its all over. So you may lose item and cash if you fight with him...
Politely take it back, refund him, re sell it, move on and make more money.... Such a no brainier. |
