Anyone manage or try to make a stealth paymate account?
if so same deal as paypal?

PM requires a SSN at sign up so unless you can get someone to let you use their ssn, no.

Besides, Paymate is washed up if you are in the US. It now takes like 7 business days to get a payment. It was bad enough at 3-4, but 7-10 business days (that means no weekend deposits) Is fu*ing ridiculous. This company will drop dead by the end of this year.

No mate, as you can see from my flag i am from australia, we dont use SSN. As long as the bank deposit verification works under a non matching bank name we are golden down here, as in 2 weeks we dont need to offer paypal at all...
Deposit into bank account from time of payment usually only takes 2-3 days
Just wondering if anyone has tried it yet with stealth details and a bank account under a different name...

Sorry, I don't know how I missed the Australian flag. Or else I would have never posted what I said.

However, PM will eventually verify your info so if you plan on going long term I suggest you use info that you can verify. With no ssn required. I think it should be rather easy to make stealth accounts.

I envy that you guys get your money so fast. It's just a damn shame how they are treating US customers. 7 Days is just not gonna fly here in the US. My experience with PM is to never ship until you have money in hand. It could take up to 4 days for them to report a fraudulent payment. My DSR's would be ruined waiting for payment to ship.

Got to use the real info to establish paymate. Creativity helps ;)

You know... What's really screwed up is that it takes less identifying info to get a PM account in AUS than it does in the US when paypal wont usually ask for a ssn until you rape them for thousands. "Lets get money faster to people who have not proven their identity"

Why am I doing business with this company again? I may as well go back to paypal seeing how eBay is actually doing more policing on new accounts than Paypal...

With bank acc , I guess u need to use real id

I have tried stealth info with my bank acc , and they suspend my user registration with them for high risk issue

So far haven't try to get back..

is that cos of what you were selling?

Stealth for what though? They let you have as many accounts as you want under the same SSN anyways and they don't share any personal info with eBay.

i dont like Paymate what so ever.
they decline my merchant account application o.O

thats what i am trying to establish... (PS we dont need SSN in aussie) i dont want to be an idiot and make an account under MrD when my ebay account is MrE link them and then gone... I have only ever used paymate with real accounts (ebay included)
