Whats the best processor for accepting payments of 1000$-2000$

I don't care if I have to send SSN ID scan etc, I am a canadian resident if that makes any difference. I would be ok with waiting 45 days for first payment but it would be nice if I could earn quicker after that.

This is for my E-commerce site not for ebay
