2checkout and paypal.

What happens if someone files a dispute with paypal and they paid your 2checkout account? does 2checkout handle everything? wouldnt this be the same as using paypal then?

anyone???? as im thinking of signing up to 2co but only if i can accept paypal through them too with no problems.
