I jsut wanted to let everyone know that ebay and paymate.com.au are linking the account somehow.

I had my account with ebay under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name for a month now and was selling without any problems until I started to accept paymate.com.au as credit card processor. After a few transactions they asked me to verify my details to fax my id and I did but as my paymate.com.au account was under my real name the next morning my ebay account got suspended.

The only reason it got suspended in my eyes is because of the paymate.com.au as soon as I faxed my id I got suspended.

Look out aussies.

Maybe paypal requires sites that integrate into paypal to link?

Hmmm...... fax ID? I wonder if they forwarded the fax to paypal?
