TIPS / ADVICE.. MERCHANT ACCTS/ CCNOW, ETC..

1.) I mentioned Earlier-- about Ebay Preferences.. UNcheck the box for Ebay Checkout.. and the box for OFFERING Paypal, and select the merchant acct option..
--- When the Auction ends, they will NOT have the Pay Now button pop up.. You MUST THEN--get them the INVOICE from your merchant acct, asap!!! (Before they want contact info!)

2.) AUCTIVA, If you are Integrating the "Authorize.net" , then this is done in Auctiva, by first CREATING the KEY in AUthorize.net... (You must choose AUTH+ CAPTURE).., then go over to AUctiva and type this "key" in..

***I KEEP mine on the desktop, in a file.. REMEMBER.. this "auto checkout" ONLY works from that point FORWARD,,any NEW auctions posted...

3.) Remember, Item #1--is AFTER you have your merchant acct estab., and you have faxed in your acct statement
to ebay for verification,, ACCOUNTS CREATED BEFORE 11-20-2007, do not need Verification...:p

You mean accounts that were *registered to sell* before 11/20/07, right? Or does it just have to be an account created before that date?

HI- FOr me anyhow, all the accts I have for sale were done in October, and when i go to convert them, no probs so far, so i would have to say for me, created prior to 11/20

Thanks for the info, as I had been getting mixed answers on that so far.
