1)Get a giftcard to set up EB and PP acounts.
2)sign up for ccnow with the new PP account
3)have ccnow set up to send $ to a "real" bank account (not registered with PP or EB)
In other words can you set up PP and EB with 123 Smith street even though the address on your bank account is to your real address of 234 Jones Avenue? I know PP only verifies that the account exists, not that the info on the bank account matches what you registered with.

Also with ccnow can you have 2 Paypal accounts with different info funneling into the same "real" bank account?

So are you saying that EBAY will not know if I use an incorrect address.
Also if I log on to a free internet service provider in my own home, will the ip address be the same each time?
