any one use snscart & first data merchant?

i was wondering if any one uses this, and had any advice about using it. i was thinking about upgrading to the pro plan on snscart. do you recommend this?
also is first data safe to add a payment link to the ebay checkout page, or will i have to supply merchant documents to ebay?
