Google Checkout ToS Update
 

We are making changes to our current Terms of Service with you ("Agreement"):

A. Beginning on 1 February 2011 if you link your Seller account to the Android Market or another Google Marketplace, all your transactions will be subject to a set monthly payout schedule, as follows:

If your account is linked, for transactions processed to your Redemption Account within a calendar month, we will transfer funds to your Settlement Account before close of business on the 15th day of the following calendar month. For example, if your account is linked and a transaction occurs on 22 February 2011, the payout for that transaction would occur before the close of business on 15 March 2011. This monthly payout schedule will apply to all payment transactions processed for linked accounts, whether or not the transaction is conducted through a Google Marketplace. If you do not link your Seller account to a Google Marketplace, your payout schedule is not affected.

B. We are removing the option to receive payments from GPL by cheque or wire transfer.

If you do not agree to these changes, you may terminate your Agreement with us by sending a notice of termination to “Contact Us” in the Merchant Help Centre before 1 February 2011. If you do not terminate the Agreement before 1 February 2011 in this way, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.

yeah google checkout sucks is way worse then paypal.

When it's going well it's going great with them. You need to have some trust built up. But in general yeah they are worse than PayPal - zero customer service and just so trigger happy with disputes.

NOTHING is worse than paypal!!!!

I would'nt say that when i first used google along time ago they suppned my account and refunded every buyer i had from day one way after i down shipped the items off then they expected me to pay them back :lol: i told them to go F thereselfs. Then now when i use them they always suppened me so yes there way woser then Pp. Paypals bad but i can last a good 6 months with them GC i last about 1-2 weeks and thing is i had no complaints nor did they know what i sold they had no legitment reason to do what they did.
