avoiding ebay verifying my merchant account
 

i was planning on just stating my auctions that accept credit card payments and i will send the buyer instructions after the auction is over. i will have the link in my auctiva checkout to my first data checkout. i sell adult material so paypal can't be listed as an option anyway. will ebay not allow me say "credit cards" in the auction? will they want the merchant accout verification? i used to state in my auction that i accept other online payments, and i never had a problem with ebay. i do not want to check the box in the auction that says merchant account, because i know after 10 auctions ebay will ask for the merchant info. any advice would be a big help.

Geez..Seems like a roll of the dice. If a Buyer reports you, it maybe "Abusing"?
(GOD I'm tired of hearing that word..) :)

Anyhow, why not get the info gathered + just fax it to that guy? doesnt take long. That way you have no worries, Thats what I would do..
