Merchant for Malaysian

Ok i tried using Ccnow, but they are kinda similiar to paypal. They blocked all my transaction and requested reciepts. I told them it was a gift and they still insisted, so i asked my friend for the reciept. I only could get one, they said one is not enough and said they will not re-open my account.

In every email they sent, they will never forget to include "i think you should find another merchant"

Please can anyone tell me other merchants that dont charge high for a Malaysian?

What so CCnow ask for you supplier info??

No supplier info, just invoice or reciepts.

Damm, thats equal to paypal isint it? Is there any other merchants for me to use for small individual business? Like ccnow was really cheap thats why i wanted to try it. Please anyone can help?

Gonna be hard for Malaysia.. I have purchased from the Philippines before, the lady had me mail her a western union money order..
