That doesn't ask for a actual DBA? I have been looking at some but they want a DBA and say it must match your checking account that you are using. Also some even ask for a tax id. I don't have any of this so is there a merchant out there that does not require this?

I use MerchantPlus and used my SS#. Worked fine.
