Merchant account which allows you to purchase

Like the title saids, looking for a merchant account which allows you to purchase with the money you have in the merchant account. Do these exist?

On mine they automatically initiate a deposit into my bank when I charge the buyers card..

Modee how do you use your google money to buy something? I looked around on my account last week and couldn't find this out...

This is what i want to do. Basically get a merchant account, then use this merchant account to purchase items from a legit wholesaler i know. But they only accpet credit card, and evil paypal.
