Merchant accepts paypal behalf of me?

Is there any 3rd party payment processor accepts paypal behalf of the seller like ccnow or 2checkout?

I sell digital goods and 2checkout refused my application. I'm waiting to hear from ccnow but I don't think they would approve.

unfortunately authorize.net and propay are only for cc payments...

No it does not - it is approved for use on eb ay though
