CCNOW and tracking number

Hi everyone.
I just recently opened a new CCNOW account and want to use it to withdraw from my stealth paypal, i have a question though: does ccnow check the tracking numbers or can you just mark it as shipped and not enter anything?

its only checked if there is a problem with the transaction
