Merchant account with eBay...

Hi all.

Few questions that I need answering..

I have read a post from schaffer on CCNow and it seems ok however I need some information.

1. What is the best Merchant account to sign up for in the UK?
2. What is the easiest to setup to merge with eBay?
3. How do I go about linking the merchant account to ebay, is it simple?

Any advice from experience is more than welcome?

1. Not sure but you may have to search posts about merchant account in UK - I am sure few folx have posted.

2. and 3. You will need to submit ID and business reg info in order to set up the merchant account with eb. It`s kind of dicey for stealth I would say - unless you have all your docs in order.

You have to overcome the small problem of having to have paypal.

Have you worked out how to avoid that?


NOCHEX is accpeted.

CCNOW needs ID as do the other merchants.

You'll need to 'watch' what items you sell too

No I havent, what do I need to do to avoid that? I have only just started looking into it.

Also, CCNOW how do I merge that into eBay.. using CartManager? Is it hard to do?

NOCHEX - I heard this isnt as good as CCNOW is that correct?
