Better be clean with Goo gle Chec kout because they are known to shut you down with no recourse.

You can setup payments where customers can pay by card im also thinking about my own website

9 out of 10 merchants, like google checkout will shut you down immediately for selling foofoo items. There some out there that don't care.. Like the merchants who do porn sites.

Setup several payment options for customers.. don't limit yourself to just one.

Google Checkout, PayPal, Authorize.Net, Amazon Payments, 2Checkout, etc.

I personally use the OpenCart platform and use an extension so that when people enter their credit card details, half of the info is stored in a database and the other half is emailed to me. With that info, I then do manually entered payments into the SquareUp iOS/Android App and also use the Intuit GoPayment to avoid exceeding the weekly limits..
