Can I use Google Checkout to charge a buyer from Canada?

I got an order from a buyer from Canada, can I use Google Checkout to process her payment? Does Google charge a higher fee for payment from overseas? Anyone knows, really appreciate?

I don't see why not... doesn't Google just take Visa, MC etc without having to signup like Paypal?
