could i create a stealt account without merchant account

im from turkey and im afraid i wont be able to use google checkout and authorize.net . i hear that ccnow will close . my question is i have to create merchant account from turkey ? thanks for all replies ..

If I understand your question correctly, you can open a Moneybookers account and then apply for a merchant account.

If it is for eBay there is no need to apply for a merchant account with them, as they support eBay payments.

Need around a minimum 10 seller feedback (i.e. 10 sales) and some period of longetivity if I recall correctly. Exact criteria are on MB's site...now called Skrilla.
